H A R E M Pantaloons [Petite Find]

F21 Parisian cropped LS top (S) // F21 Harem Pants (XS) //
F21 Leopard Wedge Booties (6) //

Petite friends, I have great news for you. These are the skinniest pants I have ever deigned to try on and Forever 21 did not disappoint when they labeled XS. I'd say this feel is about as tight or way tighter than H&M bottoms in Euro size 2, which are tinyyy. At first I could barely walk up steps because I was afraid of ripping these and exposing my derriere, or hop up that fence so I can catch my train. I wore this last Friday to watch my suitemates duke it out in a singing competition and felt quite the fierce lady. Hairstyle is something new I decided to try thanks to Jessica's tutorial!

The bottoms clench around my ankles super snugly and I can't even take them off because the opening is too small for my feet xD Talk about a true XS. The waist is also very tight and I barely have a gap. The tie sash is also nice in keeping everything in place. There is a left mini side zipper and thin pockets. They are very high-waisted and lightweight (great length for wearing with cropped tops like this one), but I like the tad of harem in them and how they're more high fashion than sleepwear. I just have to get used to not bending down to pick things up off the floor (how do people survive in granny pants?). Someone with less muscular legs would wear this look better but overall, you can't tell I'm 5'3" in these photos, can you? If I must say so myself, I do look quite the giant.

Initially I thought I must get rid of these, but in the end I think this is an interesting piece to add to my wardrobe. By the way, creepy Grudge Girl photo effect Color Creative - Color Bypass in Lightroom. Just finished my final, final manuscript for the longest and most intense laboratory course ever! I don't know how I'm even functional on ~3 hours of sleep. An 8-10 page essay on Imperial Chinese Literature to do before many food-fest study breaks tonight. There's still snow on the field and I always make a point to walk on the fresh parts without others' footprints. I want to take my own steps. Lattes and peppermint cheesecake ♥

Intriguing - they sound tiny (I really like how you look in them) so probably won't fit me since H&M size 2's are sometimes too small for me. I have to say in some of the distorted shots you were totally channeling gaga. :)

They look nice, but it was the great poses that attracted me

The Gap harem pants in XS fit PERFECTLY as well! I bought them a few months back. I like how your entire outfit is from Forever 21! haha The wedges resemble the JC wedges SO much. F21 copies so many designer clothing it's frustrating!

You seriously rock the harem pants! I LOVE the look. It doesn't look slouchy or messy at all. The heels are fantastic! I love the print on them... stands out like nobody's business :)

I don't think I have the figure to be able to wear harem pants... unlike you :) Glad to hear that it fits small though, unfortunately I don't think I'm adventurous enough to try that look (plus I'm too old hahaha).

i would've never guessed these pants would fit petite!! i always thought you need long legs for these pants :p i was always scared to try these on because it would make me look frumpy, but they look quite the opposite!!

Your hair looks so cute Angie! And although I hate the harem pants trend, these actually look really good on you; probably because they're not ridiculously poofy haha

P.S. I tagged you for an award: http://rinnysbeautydiary.blogspot.com/2010/12/blog-award-blog-with-substance.html
